Ingredients
∙ Serves 4
Meat
1 lb New york strips, steak
Produce
1 handfull Cilantro
1 Green onion
1/2 stalk Lemon grass
1/2 Lime (approximately 2 tbsp), fresh juice from juicy
1 handfull Mint
1 Shallot, small
Condiments
1 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce or light soy sauce, thin
Pasta & Grains
1 tsp Sticky rice, toasted powder
Baking & Spices
1 tsp Freshly grounded black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Palm sugar or regular sugar
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Cooking oil
Other
1 to 2 Tbsp dried Thai chili flakes or regular red flakes
