6 Medjool dates, pitted

200 g Creamed coconut/coconut butter
1 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Maple syrup
Baking & Spices
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Pink himalayan salt
2 tsp Turmeric, fresh

3 tbsp Coconut oil
Nuts & Seeds
80 g Almonds
70 g Sunflower seeds
