Barbecued Thai pork ribs

Sticky, salty and slightly sweet, these pork ribs are lip-smackingly good and sure to please the whole family.

2 tsp Fish sauce
60 ml Lee kum kee panda brand oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce, light

Baking & Spices
2 tsp Caster sugar
1 White pepper, Ground

Sliced long fresh red chilli, to serve
