4 sprigs Thyme, Fresh
3 White onions (approx 700g), large

1/2 tsp Salt

4 tbsp Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
1 French bread

2 tbsp Butter
1 Swiss gruyere cheese
Beer, Wine & Liquor
1/2 cup White wine, dry
