Spinach Artichoke Fettuccine Alfredo

This Spinach Artichoke Fettuccine Alfredo is a combination of two of my favorite things - spinach and artichoke dip and ultra creamy Alfredo sauce, all on top of a bed of hot fettuccine noodles!
Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
∙ Serves 6-8

1 (14oz) can Artichoke hearts
1 10oz. bag Baby spinach, fresh leaves
5 cloves Garlic
1 cup Tomato
Baking & Spices
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 pinch Red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
1/2 cup Butter, salted
8 oz Cream cheese
1 1/3 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
