Edamame Corn Carrot Salad

I came up with this easy salad while brainstorming light, protein-filled recipes. My vegetarian and vegan friends are especially big fans. —Maiah Miller, Monterey, California

1 1/2 cups Corn, frozen
2 1/2 cups Edamame, frozen
2 Garlic cloves
4 Green onions

3 tbsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
4 tsp Canola oil
3 tbsp Rice vinegar
