I don't mean to toot my own horn but...This is the best vegan lentil loaf ever! lol Using stables like protein packed lentils and your favorite vegan crumbles makes this vegan lentil loaf just as good (if not better) than the classic version!
Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Produce
3/4 cup Brown lentils, dried
1/2 cup Celery
1 cup Mushrooms
1/2 cup Onion
Canned Goods
1 Not beef bouillon cube
Condiments
1/4 cup Bbq sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Oil or vegan butter
2 tsp Vegan worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Ms dash seasoning blend
1/2 tsp Sea salt
Nuts & Seeds
1 tbsp Flaxseed, ground
Bread & Baked Goods
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, gluten free
Liquids
2 cups Water

1 package Of vegan beefy crumbles (thawed)
