Thai Drunken Noodles

There isn’t a drop of alcohol in this dish — the name Thai Drunken Noodles refers to how much you’ll want to drink to combat the heat. We suggest a nice cold beer or sparkling wine.
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Chicken, boneless slices thin
Produce
12 Garlic cloves
4 Plum tomatoes, large
1/2 cup Thai basil, fresh
1/4 cup Thai chiles, fresh
Condiments
1/4 cup Fish sauce
1/4 cup Golden mountain sauce* or light soy sauce
1/4 cup Soy sauce, black
Pasta & Grains
2 14-ounce packages 1/4-inch-wide flat rice noodles
Baking & Spices
4 Anaheim chiles or italian frying peppers
1 tbsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
