Sweet and sour pork chops, or Peking pork chops, are a bit of an Americanized "Chinese" dish. But that doesn't mean people don't enjoy it! Try our recipe.

2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 pinch Five spice powder
2 tbsp Flour
