Bun Cha - Vietnamese Meatballs

Ingredients

Meat
1 Birds eye chilli
250 g Pork mince
Produce
1 Big handful Beansprouts
1 Carrot and white radish
1 Chilli, red
1 Handful Coriander/cilantro, sprigs
4 clove Garlic
1/3 cup Green onions / scallions
3 Lettuce, leaves
Condiments
4 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tsp Lemongrass paste, fresh
2 tbsp Lime juice
Pasta & Grains
100 g Vermicelli noodles, dried
Baking & Spices
1 Pinch White pepper and salt
11 tsp White sugar
Oils & Vinegars
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
Liquids
1/3 cup Water
