Falafel that can rival any restaurant, although it remains vegan, gluten-free, and pan-cooked, not fried.

1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
1 1/2 tbsp Tahini

3 tbsp Oat flour
1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper

4 tbsp Avocado or olive oil
