The second recipe in our FOUR part series featuring FOUR different, but completely interchangeable Stir-Fry (meal prep) recipes. They are each made with LOTS of veggies + a simple delicious homemade…
Ingredients
Meat
1 lb Flank steak or sirloin
Produce
2 cups Broccoli, fresh
2 Carrots, crisp
1 tsp Chili flakes
2 cloves Garlic, fresh
1 Nob ginger, fresh
Condiments
1 tbsp Honey, raw
Baking & Spices
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Other
1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos, low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos(my favorite is the coconut aminos)
