How to make bulgogi rice burger
Ingredients

200 g Bulgogi
Produce
1/8 tsp Garlic
1 Some pickled white radish
Condiments
1/4 tsp Oyster sauce
1 Some japanese mayonnaise
3 1/4 tsp Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
3 1/2 cup Short/medium grain white rice
Baking & Spices
1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Potato starch
1/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
1 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted black
Oils & Vinegars
3 3/8 tsp Sesame oil
Bread & Baked Goods
2 Lettuce leaves (- rinsed and cut to fit the rice bun)
Beer, Wine & Liquor
1/2 tbsp Rice wine
