What better way to make a trifle recipe than to have loads of salted caramel and brownies?

1 1/2 cups A.p flour
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar, Firmly packed
10 oz Chocolate, Good quality
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
8 oz Semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
2 Tblsp granulated sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract

4 tbsp Butter
2 packs Cream cheese
4 cups Heavy cream
