Whip up this delicious sushi restaurant copycat at home! The spicy sriracha shrimp and cool cucumber in this homemade volcano roll are a match made in heaven.

4 oz Bay scallops or sea scallops, raw
4 oz Salmon, raw
8 Shrimp, jumbo raw

2 Nori seaweed sheets
Condiments
2/3 cup Mayo, quality
2 tbsp Sriracha

1 Saran/plastic wrap to protect the mat from sticky rice
1 Spoon or fork to spread the rice
1 cup Sushi rice, cooked
