An incredibly indulgent and delicious celebration cake, perfect for celebrations!

1/3 batch Caramel sauce
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Baking powder
350 g Brown sugar, light
110 g Cocoa powder
300 g Icing sugar
375 g Self-raising flour
200 g White sugar

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
120 ml Vegetable oil

1 small bag Popped salted popcorn
