Vegan Korean Bibimbap - a classic Korean dish of rice and seasonal sautéed vegetables, served with a spicy Gochujang chilli sauce.

1/2 cup Cucumber strips
1 cup Fresh bean sprouts
1 1/2 cups Shiitake mushrooms

1 tbsp Mirin
2 1/3 tbsp Tamari
Pasta & Grains
1 1/2 cups Grain white rice, cooked Medium
Baking & Spices
4 tsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Gochujang
3/8 tsp Salt
1 Sesame seeds, Black and White
Oils & Vinegars
1 1/2 tsp Rice vinegar
1 3/4 tsp Sesame oil
