A sweet samoa ice cream cake that tastes just like the real thing. Chocolate ganache, toasted coconut, and vanilla ice cream make up this easy no bake treat.

2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
Nuts & Seeds
2 cups Coconut, Sweetened toasted

1 1/2 cups Cinnamon graham cracker crumbs

8 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Condensed milk, Sweetened
1/2 cup Heavy cream

10 12 carmel cubes (i used kraft)
