Easy, 10-ingredient falafel made with chickpeas and seasoned with parsley, cumin and garlic. A simple, flavorful, hearty plant-based meal.

1/3 cup Parsley, fresh
2 Shallots, medium
Condiments
1 Garlic dill sauce
Baking & Spices
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
3 tbsp Avocado oil
1/4 tsp Sea salt and black pepper
2 tbsp Sesame seeds, raw
Nuts & Seeds
1 1/2 tsp Cumin

1 Healthy pinch each cardamom and coriander ((optional))
