1/3 cup Thai birds eye red chilies, dry

1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce, light
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce, dark

1 tbsp Cassava flour or all-purpose flour
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Sugar
1/4 tsp White pepper, ground
